The cheapest packaging is rarely the right packaging. Where a preparation needs glass to stay stable, it goes into glass, even though glass costs more to fill, more to ship and more to handle. Where a sealed strip guards a tablet better than a bottle would, it goes into a strip. The decision is made on what the product needs, never on what is easiest for us.
